Hi, I’m Jessica

In August 2014, I was diagnosed with breast cancer that had spread to my lymph nodes. I went through chemo and radiation, I had a lumpectomy and my lymph nodes removed. In August 2015 I went in for my mammogram and it was clear, they did a bone and CT SCAN and they were both negative! I give God all the praise! It was not an easy time, but I would not let any negative thoughts or people around me. I surrounded myself with those who laughed with me on my good days, and encouraged me on the other days and I drew closer to God. I wanted my testimony to glorify Him, in every way.
To anyone who may be going through illness or hard times right now, remember God is always with you. Sometimes, He needs to get your attention. And I’m so glad He got mine!
