Meet Code Pink Warrior “Katilyn”

Katilyn Pepper:  14 years old

Diagnosis:           Brain Cancer July 25, 2014

“Katilyn says that through rough times she prays and knows that eventually she will make her way over the hill of Cancer. Brain Cancer is like a hill and right now she is trying to travel to the top, its hard but she knows that she will make it to the other side because everything is a challenge.  This is one challenge that she will continue to fight until she makes it to the top and BEAT CANCER!”

Katilyn is continuing the fight daily through physical therapy, chemotherapy and working to complete 8th grade. She works hard daily to keep a positive attitude even though she does state that is very hard and she is in pain often but with the help of her Mother, family and close family friends she feels loved and supported. She thanks God daily for her mother and her strength as she is fighting daily and raising Katilyn alone while being an entreprenuer.
